As I mentioned in my last Currently post, I'm really going to try to be more productive and more proactive. I figure, what better way to keep me accountable, than by blogging about it. So here I am. I've started a new "feature" if you like, called Three Things Sunday. I'm going to set myself a goal to complete these three things by the end of the week. It's really just to encourage me to get out there, and not to procrastinate. Easier said that done I think! But I'm trying, and that's half of the battle.

Okay. Here we go.

This may be something that all of you do on a regular basis, but I've only just gotten into the smoothie business, and so far I haven't been very adventurous. I bought Kale, so I feel like I'm pretty serious now (HA!) so I'm gonna try. The lovely Danijela has some delicious recipes on her instagram (seriously, check it out. She is magic) so I think I'm gonna do it.

I... Do not like cooking. Don't get me wrong, I love food. I love eating. But cooking is not my forte. Often, our meals are a little lacking in flavour and creativity, mostly because I'm not really too sure what I'm doing. Because I'm trying to be healthier and look after my body more (especially from a food perspective) I'm really going to try more. I know that once I get a couple of yummy recipes under my belt, I'll be fine, so this is the start.

I always talk about making my Etsy store into something bigger with more items, but when the time comes to design something, all of the excuses come out and nothing gets done. I know that I'll get more sales with more products so it's not like the motivation isn't there. I actually want to design more than one a week (for a couple of weeks at least) but at least this way, I'll definitely have at least one up in the store each week.

And there it is! Not too hard (I hate goals that aren't really attainable) but this is definitely going to motivate me to do things I already want to do. Next week I'll be sure to prove that I've done them! I'm looking forward to it. Having a plan and goals is really important when you want to improve or get more out of life, so I think this is going to be really good for me.

    I love this. I really really love this. I think outlining weekly goals are such a great ideal and why not blog about it so we can see how you go. I really love it.

    Also - green smoothies are THE BEST. They actually don't taste that bad, and are so good for you. I love green juices, and have just got a new smoothie maker so will make this a goal for myself too! Swap recipes? haha

    1. LAURA. Haha! Thank you :) I definitely think it's going to help me stick to my plan and motivate me to meet my goals.
      I actually just had my first green smoothie today and it was pretty tasty! I think it's just about finding a good balance of healthy and tasty! Keen to swap recipes, let me know if you have any yummy ones! x
