The lovely Tillie invited me to hang out in her blog and be part of her birthday week. She had a bunch of neat giveaways and I was stoked to be part of it. For me, food is pretty important (and not always in a good, "food is fuel" kinda way.) Since starting my weight loss journey in 2013 I definitely found that planning was the key to success. Without planning out your meals, it's pretty easy to be led astray and give in to temptation.
To make it a little more fun, and less of a drag, I designed these super cute Weekly Food Planners to encourage you all to make better choices when it comes to food. They even come in four different colours so there should be at least one to suit you all!
