It's Friday! // 06

Every Friday I'll be sharing a couple of links to stuff that I think is awesome, and that you might like!

This is the prettiest chocolate ever. I actually already shared it on my Facebook page but I thought I'd share it again. Look at it! It's also super easy to make.

I'm probably quite late to this party, but I only recently stumbled upon this little gem thanks to Laura. Zomato is this awesome site that suggests great eating places for your location and even to suit your mood! You can join and recommend/review/photograph the places you visit as well. Will definitely be using it a lot more when it comes to trying new places.

For those of you who don't drink, here are some delicious Mocktail recipes! We've got a bar cart (I don't even know if we can call it that because we only have two bottles on it) but these mocktails have definitely inspired me to start making it stay true to it's name.

Look at these lovely photos that Diana took of  The Saguaro in Palm Springs. America seems to have the coolest places! That has to be one of the most fun and colourful spaces I have ever seen.

More cheap DIY projects to keep you busy over the long weekend! I'm loving that desk organiser, the white brick vase and that colourful welcome mat! We have a plain mat that I bought when we first moved into our place but I still haven't done anything with it. I might have just found my inspiration!

Sam Smith may just be my new favourite singer. I have fallen in love with his voice and every song that I've heard of his so far. Stay with Me is no different.

And my video for you this week is this beautiful cover. These two NZ artists  have the most beautiful voices and I love how they sound when they come together.

So looking forward to the long weekend and it's only a day away!! We haven't got much planned so far. Exciting news is that we got a treadmill yesterday!! I used it this morning and while I think it will take a bit of getting used to, no regrets. Only good can come from it and I'm definitely motivated! I'm not looking forward to updating my #365MilesOverDays progress but oh well. Honesty is the best policy! And with my new treadmill, there will be no more excuses!

Enjoy your Friday :)

  1. That chocolate looks amazing! The mocktails look amazing too. I had quite a few cocktails when I was in Rarotonga last week, so a change to mocktails would be good for my liver :-)

    1. Nicola, I'm drooling every time I see it! I think I'll be making it soon - it would make such a pretty present as well. Haha you're probably right! They look so yum I doubt I'd mind too much that they were lacking in alcohol ;)
