A Mile A Day.

For those of you who don't know, I started a 365 day challenge at the end of January this year. My challenge was to run a mile a day (and to document each day whether I run or not.. No lying!) So far I'm up to day 41 (missed out 2 weeks as I went to Australia in Feb.)

It's been a bit hard.. More trying to motivate myself to run everyday rather than the actually running. But I am running a full mile now and I'm hoping to run the whole of Round the Bays (8.4km) this time next year.

I'm actually really loving this challenge, and I'm loving that my fitness is improving and that my body is changing in a very natural way. I knew that I'd never be one to go crazy with training and dieting so this has definitely been the best way for me to get fitter and healthier.

  1. What a great idea for a challenge - and a great way to get fitter and healthier. It's such a good feeling to start noticing the difference in your fitness.
