AMileADay/APhotoADay Update











































Not at all a design post but today was my 189th day of my 365 AMileADay/APhotoADay challenge. I can't believe how quickly it has gone! I definitely have not been perfect - far from it. I have however kicked my bad eating habits, exercise at least 3 times a week (a big improvement from never) and definitely created a much healthier lifestyle.

After this challenge - who knows what will happen. I have set my sights on the Round the Bays run held in March which is 8km. My goal is to run that next March and with a little determination and training, I'm pretty confident I can get there.
